Plus, it comes with Ableton Live Lite and the Steinberg Cubasis LE iPad app to provide the software you need to take your music from inspiration to a finished production.

The U-22 features one low-noise microphone preamp with switchable phantom power and an XLR-1/4″ combo jack, allowing it to handle a dynamic microphone, a condenser microphone, or a Hi-Z instrument such as a guitar or bass. A 3.5mm mini-jack input is also available for recording a stereo line input via a connected iPad, mixer, or other portable audio device. Thanks to zero-latency direct monitoring, RCA main outputs, and a 3.5mm headphone port, the U-22 can simultaneously feed speakers and headphones.
